Know the Surfing Etiquette

The navigate manners is a suitable code of behavior intended to keep everyone else safe and happy in the sport. It's very important to memorize and respect these rules to prevent total chaos. Stick by those unwritten rules to help yourself and others else out of issue.

Here are the Principles of the surf etiquette:

1. Right-of-way

The closest to the summit of the wave has the right away. Also the surfer furthest first or out to his feet gets got the best to be on the wave. In each of these cases other surfers will need to let the wave pass. Know these'rules' and behave so.

2. DO NOT Dropin

Dropping in is the act of stealing somebody's wave described at point 1. By doing it you'll make a dangerous situation for you personally and the other surfers. Collision might occur, bones and boards may break. It's a bad idea and every one is going to be annoyed.

3. PADDLING RULES

Don't snore right to the line up where the waves are breaking and people are currently surfing . It's wiser and safer to paddle through a station where you can find less odds of a run in. If you find a surfer coming towards you, estimate his direction and paddle the other way.

4. DO NOT DITCH BOARD

Consistently maintain control and contact with your surfboard. If you see a wall of white water coming in your direction , don't throw your board because it might hit somebody . Learn how to duckdive.

5. DO NOT SNAKE

Paddling around some one to gain priority on the wave is called snaking. This can be very annoying and should done a big nono.

6. SHARE WAVES

Longboarders, kayakers, standup paddlers and more capable surfers can capture waves much earlier and easier leaving not much for other users. It will not hurt to leave 1 tide for the shortboarders inside. To talk is to care!

7. RESPECT THE BEACH

Throw your garbage in garbage cans and don't vandalise at all.

8. RESPECT LOCALS

Give respect to those consumers who surf the spot every day. Behave friendly and do not over crowd the area with a large collection. Respect the vibe at the water.

9. HELP OTHER SURFERS

Be aware of one another and always help a surfer in some trouble. You could possibly save somebody's life.

10. Have Patience AND HAVE FUN

Wait for the turn to find yourself a wave. Finally it should come. Be friendly and have pleasure.

1-1. IF YOU MESS UP: APOLOGIZE

It's perhaps not the ending of the planet in the event that you accidentally wreck one of these rules. Apologize and smile. They will forgive the first time.
